Community Grant

What is it?

The Community Grant seeks to assist with community enrichment programs. Degree of support for the program will be determined by the CTF Board.

Eligibility Information

  • Applicant must demonstrate how the program will benefit the community.

  • Applicant must provide relevant financial and tax information.

How to apply?

Applicants can easily Apply Online OR Print a blank copy of the application to be mailed.
